ABOUT Operation COLORS

Operation COLORS was the idea of Donald L. Shee , a WWII veteran and member of VFW Post 503.  The plan is to spread a message of pride throughout the nation, using OLD GLORY and one of Scottie-ann Murphy's verses, "More Than Just A Piece Of  Cloth"

The U.S. flag, a symbol of our great country--the United States of America, is placed in guest rooms to remind the guest--and all future guests, that they are in the ...land of the free and home of the brave.

Our goal is to place a U.S. flag in every guest room in America. Please help us meet that goal.
